Please carefully review the following terms and conditions for booking with Paragon Wine Tours. By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
All prices quoted are subject to availability and inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
While we strive to provide a reliable and exceptional service, Paragon Wine Tours shall not be held liable for any mechanical breakdown during the tour. In the event of a breakdown, we will make every effort to minimize any inconvenience and make up for lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damages caused to the vehicle during the tour, whether by the client or any member of their party. Paragon Wine Tours cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the actions, negligence, or errors of any third party. If a client is unable to locate the tour guide and chooses not to contact us, they will be held liable for the full tour cost.
Any changes or amendments to your booking can only be accepted subject to availability. Paragon Wine Tours reserves the right to charge additional fees for any changes made.
Overtime charges will apply if the tour exceeds the confirmed schedule by more than 15 minutes. The client is responsible for any charges incurred due to additional time required or any extra stops that were not confirmed at the time of booking.
Paragon Wine Tours does not issue refunds or exchanges for any bookings, except as otherwise specified. Refunds may be subject to the retention of booking fees. Special event bookings, such as weddings or other specific occasions, will incur 100% cancellation charges of the total booking cost, regardless of full or partial cancellation.
For wedding or special event bookings, a non-refundable deposit is required on the day of booking, with the remaining amount due one week prior to the event. Please refer to the above cancellation terms and conditions for weddings and special events.
